1. Order Placement & Confirmation
All online orders placed through Amazing Tech Store are verified via WhatsApp for shipment confirmation. Your order is officially accepted once our sales team verifies item availability and delivery address on WhatsApp.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on our shop are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) and include applicable brand taxes. We reserve the right to modify component prices or promotional bundle deals without prior notice based on market availability.
3. Operating Hours & Stock Availability
Our online store operates Monday – Saturday (10:00 AM – 9:00 PM). Product availability is subject to physical stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock, our support team will offer a replacement or adjustment on WhatsApp.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge prior to courier dispatch by contacting our sales desk on WhatsApp at +92 323 2870355. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
5. Official Brand Warranty
All laptops, desktops, components, and peripherals are sold factory sealed with official manufacturer warranty. Detailed warranty claiming guidelines are included in your physical sales receipt.
